installing problem
cannot install Photoshop Elements II, had place disc in DVD reader and did not have the serial number so stop the installation, went online and regist the disc and received the serial number and try to install ....nothing happens

Hi,
I am trying to calibrate my PC screen, I was advised that Adobe Gamma should be installed on my PC. It isn't - I am running photoshop CS4 extended and Illustrator.

Installer says I don't have minimum requirements but I do?
I have recently copied my entire HD to an external drive and then wiped my original HD as my mac was running really slowly and want to rebuild it from scratch with only the necessary programmes etc. When I try and install CS5 Design Premium is says I don't have minimum system requirements for InDesign? I am running OS X 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard which I was previously able to install on without any problems), more details below:

I have just done the exact same thing with my Mac Book Air with no problems at all.

Lightroom 4 not in Windows default programs - can't associate it
LR4 will not appear in Windows 7 default programs and access as a default program to choose. Microsoft says it is becasue it does not appear in the Windows registry and to contact the manufacturer. How do I get LR4 registered in Windows 7? If I have to reinstall what do I need to do to protect my file structures, etc.?

CS6 Service Manager?
I recently downloaded CS6 Photoshop, successfully, supposedly. When I try to load the program I get 32 instances of "dynamic link manager has stopped working". The program loads and appears to work (it loads files) but I haven't done anything with it because I am constantly interupted with a CS6 Service Manager. exe msg; "Application has failed to start because MSVPC100.Dll was not found. Re installing the application may fix the problem." I am not sure which program this is refering to. I went to the control panel but found no program resembling CS6 Service Manager to unisntall. Should I unistall photoshop and reinstall it
? I also can't find much about what MSVPC100.Dll does. Is this some sort of cloud related thing that the Service Manager is constantly monitoring the program? My old CS4 still works fine. Installed Premier Pro on my computer and got the same problem Any suggestions on how I can make CS6 useable? Thanx

Old CS5 On New Laptop?
I bought a new laptop, win7 64 bit, and would like to install my CS5 on it. CS5 was an update, and I have it running now on two machines, one of which has quit working. I have the product key and also the product key from the CS3 that I upgraded from. I cheated on Elements by purchasing EL11 and doing a clean install to replace EL8 on the old machine. Also, I purchased LR4 and did a clean install, upgrading from LR3. I just cannot justify at this time the $199 to upgrade to CS6.

CS6 Master Collection - Own a PC version, but need a Mac Version
Can I download a Mac version of CS6 Master Collection for my new Mac Pro? I own a PC version on my desktop, but I want to be able to use it on my Mac Pro too. I deactivated my laptop CS6 install, so I have an open account, PC version, to be activated. Is there a way to download the Mac version and activate it using the open activation copy?

Creative Suite 6 installation stuck on windows 7
Bought creative suite 6 Design and Web Premium and started the installation on windows 7
Went with default installation and selected all (default).. After around 20 min or so
it keeps accessing CD drive while installing acrobat X. Looks like it got stuck.. Waited for
several min and I had to shut down the PC.
Started another installation and now de-selected acrobat and see how it goes.. need to
wait for an hour I guess to see whether it will be successful
Any knows issues. BTW this PC is isolated for photo processing only.. and I connect to internet while
uploading my photos. So it has an old ver of Windows 7 and I do not update windows 7 since I want to keep
this PC virus free..

Adobe Premiere Pro "Replace With After Effects"
I've downloaded the trial version of Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 and I am trying to send something to After Effects CS5 but it won't allow me.
The "Replace with After Effects Composition" isn't highlighted. (Not able to click) Any solution? Is this not the same as Adobe "Production Premium"?

Can't download a patch for Camera raw files for Photoshop Elements 9.
Can't open RAW files from a Canon 60D camera on Photoshop Elements 9. Went online and suggested solution is to download a patch for PE9, which has been done. Tried to open program and message says Adobe Application manager download required. This done, and back to opening patch for PE9. Message says AAM failed, please download new version (hey, already been there). Going round in circles again. Does anyone non geek check these things. Please help!!!

**Before this, I accidentally deleted the cs6 uninstallers, so I tried to uninstall all my cs6 programs manually by using appcleaner and manually deleting all folders related to cs6.

Where do I download the FFRaster Font?
This font has originated from the InDesign Software, but I can't seem to find it on the internet anyway.

Help With Registering Number of Computers!
I am hoping I can get some help. I have Photoshop Elements 9 and Premier Elements 9. I am on my second install (only two allowed from disc) and my last laptop blew up. I am badly in need of upgrading to a new PC which I purchased today but don't know if there is a way to transfer my install from my current PC or remove and install on my new machine. I greatly appreciate your help.

Photoshop CS6 Suddenly Forgets It Is licensed
Hello,
I was running a copy of Photoshop CS6 as a demo on my mac. I then purchased the program and installed it with the serial number it came with. It worked fine. But just over a day ago I fired it up and rather than open up, it tells me my trial subscription is over and I have to install the serial number. I have only installed Photoshop CS6 on one computer. Why is my mac treating my copy of Photoshop CS6 like it has never been purchased or activated, and how do I fix the problem?
